IT specialist, specialising in system integration

Your job with us:
Developing servers, laying networks and resolving disruptions – as an IT specialist for system integration, you will be trained to become a technical expert with us. When your colleagues from the different departments have a problem with their computers, all the network cables eventually run to you. And, of course, you have a solution for every problem.

Duration: 3 years

The world of IT is in constant transformation and never stands still. That is why it is important that you are always on the ball with the latest developments and are happy to learn more. Did you enjoy English, maths, IT and sciences in general when you were at school? Then that has laid the first foundation stone. Specialist in warehouse logistics

Your job with us:
GGP Media processes around four million printed sheets into books, magazines and other printed products every day. Trained specialists in warehouse logistics are particularly important if we want to realise figures like these. Five areas of activity await you in the training, from receipt and storage of goods, order picking and packing right through to the dispatch of the different end products.

Do you like to pitch in and do you always keep a cool head, even under time pressure? That’s just as important for us in the warehouse as your maths and computer knowledge. Media designer digital and print, specialising in advising and planning

Your job with us:
As a media designer for advising and planning, you will be the key contact person for our customers. You will be taking note of their wishes and advising them on the further steps to be taken. You will also have responsibility for some commercial activities. These include calculating orders, preparing offers and negotiating contracts. Above all you will be taking responsibility for the organisational activities.

Your strengths:
Want to use your own ideas to create new media products? Then training to be a media designer for advising and planning could be just the right path for you. In order for you to successfully reach your destination, you need to have really enjoyed analytical, communicative and organisational activities as far back as your school days. Media technologist – printing

Your job with us:As a print media technologist you get really up close in the production of our top-quality print products. Many exciting tasks await you there. You check the incoming data, set up the print machines, supervise the printing process and check the final quality. In the process you get to know three different printing processes, including digital and offset print.

Your job with us:
As a print processing media technologist you learn how a finished product develops from a pile of printed paper. Your work begins after the print machines have already done their work. You check the printed sheets and accompany them on their way to becoming a finished book or magazine. This involves cutting and folding, the production and finishing of book covers and the setting up, operation, regulation and supervision of binding systems.

Duration: 3 years

Your strengths:
There is often a lot of time pressure in the processing, in the last stage before the finished print product. But, as a media technologist, you are still able to keep on top of things and carry out your work precisely and thoroughly.
